If you want to know my story, … I've been there too.
The invisible wound
For many years, from pre-adolescence well into adulthood, I lived with low self-esteem and a deep feeling of not fitting in. At work and in my personal relationships, I felt small, less prepared than others.
The messages I received in childhood shaped my internal programming. While my brothers were required to study Engineering, for example, I was advised, as a woman, to learn languages to be a good executive secretary.

The imposter syndrome
This fueled what I would later understand as imposter syndrome. I decided to study Economics and, simultaneously, Communication and Advertising, driven by the constant need to prove my worth.
The culture of effort took hold in my life: always doing, always testing myself, always overexerting myself.
The Mask of Success
Outwardly she appeared strong, brave, and determined. Inwardly, she lived with a feeling of inferiority of which she was unaware at the time.
I had very powerful professional experiences, such as directing the global marketing of a multinational cosmetics company in New York and the general management of an international perfumery division in Barcelona.
It was a brilliant but also very fast-paced and impatient period.
My ego felt at ease, although deep down something was wrong.

The awakening
My real awakening came after my mother's death, when my first daughter was six months old. I didn't grieve. The next day I got on a plane and continued traveling and working as if nothing had happened. Two years later, my body spoke: I ended up in the emergency room thinking I was having a heart attack.
It was an anxiety attack!
That's where my inner journey began.
When the mind heals the body
I also went through medicated anxiety for ten years, profound professional changes, a complex divorce, and intense physical processes, including a thyroid nodule with a high risk of malignancy that, thanks to mental, emotional, and energetic work, completely disappeared.
All of this reinforced my certainty: the mind directs the body and we have an enormous capacity for physical and emotional self-healing.

Today, aligned with my purpose
But I felt like I wasn't aligned with my purpose. And that made me suffer.
After more than 20 years in senior management and more than 15 years accompanying leaders and combining it with personal reprogramming transformation processes, I found my true purpose: to help other people release blocks, reprogram their subconscious and reconnect with their personal power.
Today I accompany people who, like me in my day, feel that something inside is holding them back.
Because I've been there too.
If I could transform my life, you can too.
And you don't have to do it alone.
