For specific issues, 3 sessions can be enough to make good progress, depending on the areas we want to reprogram or how deeply ingrained the beliefs are or how connected they are to each other, like layers of an onion, until they reach the heart.
Ideally, depending on the case, three to four sessions are needed for a specific issue, although sometimes a single session is enough to resolve the blockage. Sessions are 90 minutes long.
Session 1
We will analyze what is happening to you, the unwanted results, and what you would like to experience instead.
We will begin to detect the subconscious beliefs and emotions that are blocking you in order to transform them into beliefs and emotions that support what you do want.
We will finish by agreeing on practical steps until the next session, to also align your consciousness with your new goals.
Session 2 and following
We will go deeper and deeper into the beliefs until we reach the "root belief" that is blocking you.
Session by session, we'll review what's changed in your life and how you feel about your goals. We'll work through any challenges and explore related beliefs or secondary gains.
We will use other powerful techniques such as NLP Timeline or Visualization or Anchoring of empowering emotions depending on your needs.
We will finish with concrete actions to integrate them into your daily life and make your goals a reality.
All Psych-K® Plus sessions are conducted online via Zoom , using a process called " surrogacy ." This means that I perform the "muscle test" on your behalf, using your energy, while you experience the Psych-K® Balances in the same way you would if you were there in person, always with the permission of your subconscious mind.
Similarly, to release trapped emotions, through muscle testing on me , with surrogate learning, we find out the emotion and the moment that got trapped, and then you experiment with the intention and the magnet to release it.
Also, if you are familiar with Kinesiology , you can perform the muscle test on yourself.
If you prefer to do it in person , I am also available in Barcelona.
Depending on the topic, a bi-weekly schedule is recommended, and in some specific cases, weekly or monthly sessions. Ideally, the sessions should be completed within 2-3 months .
Most people experience an immediate feeling of lightness and freedom . It's like releasing an emotional burden you didn't know you were carrying.
Immediately following the session:
• Real Relief: more peace, well-being and renewed "mental clarity".
• Physical Relaxation : tension - even pain - in the body usually decreases by releasing accumulated stress.
• Lightness: what used to distress you will begin to feel more distant or not be felt at all.
The following days
You may notice anything from renewed vitality to restorative tiredness as you process the changes.
Although relief is usually instantaneous, deeper changes will continue to evolve positively over the following weeks, especially if you accompany them with aligned actions .
